Peanut butter cups are my weakness. I love the combination of chocolate and peanut in everything. When I am having that peanut butter and chocolate craving, I make up these healhier pb cups and wanted to share them with you.
Note that you can also use other nuts such as almonds but you may need to add more honey to the recipe.
3/4 cup of peanut butter
2 table spoons honey
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 tea spoon vanilla
1/3 cup of chopped nuts
4 ounce of unsweetened chocolate
1. Combine and mix the peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla, honey, and nuts.
2. Drop tablespoon sized drops and place on pan and freeze
3. Melt chocolate
4. Add chocolate to peanut butter mixture
Now kick back and enjoy.
